Qualifications

Prior to becoming a Professional Real Estate Inspector, my dad spent much of his career in the construction industry as an Inspector in the commercial, industrial & transportation realms. He also served time as a Construction Superintendent for a residential home builder in North Houston.

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Five-year professional degree) as well as a BS in Construction Technology from the University of Houston.

He has been happily married to my mom for 39 years and has three amazing human children and five wonderful human grandchildren - with number six on the way! His hobbies consist of hanging out with me (of course!), DIY projects around the house, and weekly date nights with his wife, my mom.
