PLEASE NOTE: As part of a home inspection I DO NOT inspect the following items: Temperature Pressure Relief Valves (TPRV) on water heaters, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, clay or concrete tile roofs, pools/spa/septic or well systems, washing machine and refrigerator water control valves in vacant homes.
